2024 SUMMER LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Experience AMU at our third Annual Summer Leadership Program June 22-28, 2024! We’re looking for rising high school juniors and seniors who are academically driven and committed to growing in their faith to spend a week with us on campus, exploring what life is like at Our Lady’s University. During your time at Called Higher, you’ll experience the life of an AMU student firsthand: a liberal arts education rooted in the Truth, enhanced by frequent access to the sacraments, and encouraged by an authentic Catholic community. Transportation and Travel

Pick-up from FLL & RSW by AMU busses:

We recommend that flights be scheduled to arrive in Florida at 2:30 p.m. in case of delay.

FLL: AMU bus leaving airport at 4:00 p.m.

RSW: AMU bus leaving airport at 4:00 p.m.

Commuters asked to be on campus by 5:00 p.m.

Return flights from FLL & RSW leave campus by 10:00 a.m.

We recommend that flights be booked after 1:00 p.m. in case of delay.

Requirements for the Trip

Cell phone - Students traveling by airport must, without exception, carry a cell phone.

All medical forms must be complete prior to arrival.

Packing list will be communicated to accepted students.

Housing

Bedding is provided

Students will be staying in residents’ halls (single-gendered)

There will be an RA on duty in the office at night

The RD will be on-call until 2 a.m.

Our campus has 24 hr AMU security

The Program Directors will be on-campus and available 24/7
