A Record-Breaking Year
Ave Maria University is celebrating a record year of deposits for the incoming Class of 2030. With an average unweighted high school GPA of 3.76, standardized test scores in the top 15% nationally, and 96% of deposited students identifying as Catholic, this class is the strongest and most mission-aligned in university history.

Mardi Gras Celebration
On February 17, AMU's Jazz Band brought vibrant energy to campus, setting the stage for a lively Mardi Gras celebration. Students gathered to enjoy classic treats, dance to the music, and soak in the festive atmosphere. The evening offered a welcome mid-semester break, filled with laughter, music, and community connections.

Vocations Fest
Vocations Fest invited the AMU community to reflect on the many ways God calls His people to serve. Students connected with priests and religious sisters and brothers through conversation, fellowship, and friendly competition at trivia night. Centered on the Eucharist and time in Adoration, the day culminated in a Vocations Panel where guests offered personal testimonies of discernment, trust, and lives shaped by faithful surrender.

Aquinas Conference
This year's Aquinas Conference, "Aquinas and Sin," co-sponsored by the Thomistic Institute, brought together students, faculty, staff, and guests for a rich exploration of St. Thomas Aquinas's thought. Attendees heard engaging talks from renowned scholars and priests, including Fr. Gregory Pine, O.P., Fr. Dominic Legge, O.P., Fr. Stephen Brock, and Prof. John Haldane. The conference was a vibrant forum for learning, reflection, and faithful dialogue.
