Our identity
Tres Corda
A men's household at Ave Maria University
In the Tres Corda Household, we seek to foster a Fraternal Community ordered towards understanding true masculine confidence and the virtue of fatherhood. We do this by striving to unite our hearts to love as the Three Hearts of the Holy Family, namely: The Sacred Heart of Jesus, the Immaculate Heart of Mary, and the Most Chaste Heart of St. Joseph. We hope to love well in the shadow of their love by pursuing good mortification, seeking wonder, serving with everything we have, and asking the intercession of our patron saints: St. Pier Giorgio Frassati and St. Therese of Lisieux. We endeavor on an 80 day mortification commitment every spring semester before Easter and continue to pursue the devotion to the three hearts by praying a holy hour for repetition of sins against the Sacred Heart on the first Friday's of the Month and continuing our devotion into Saturday.
