Skills You will Gain

1. A Foundation in Catholic Education. You’ll enjoy learning the philosophical and theological insights of the Catholic tradition, especially its understandings related to the nature and dignity of the human person, the nature of Truth and the unity of all knowledge as ultimately rooted in the order of creation and God.

2. Teaching Best Practices. You’ll have access to the latest teaching standards, which will prepare you for a variety of classroom situations and make you a highly desirable educator.

3. Classroom Experience. By the time you graduate, you will have spent about 40 full days as an aide in at least three different schools over the course of three semesters and another full 14 weeks of student teaching.
