On Saturday, our women’s soccer team played Middle Georgia State University. The game resulted in a 1-1 tie. The goal that tied the game was the first goal of freshman Cate Cox’s college career. Another freshman, goalkeeper Emma Schweitzer, made three key saves to keep the game equal. It was a great game for our Gyrenes!
