Transcript requests for Ave Maria University and any of its affiliates (College of the Americas, Ave Maria University Latin American Campus, or Ave Maria College) must be submitted online. We have recently changed vendors from Transcripts on Demand to Parchment. In order to use this service, you must create an account (even if you had a Transcripts on Demand account).
Student Athletes: All NAIA transcript requests are to be submitted through Parchment.
Prospective Graduate students: All transcript requests going to the Graduate Theology Department or to Christy Dorer must be submitted through Parchment.
Please note that if you are requesting a transcript mid-semester, you will need to request a separate transcript to be sent when the semester is complete. We do not automatically send an updated transcript. If you are leaving the university, please also make sure that any incomplete future semesters have also been taken off of your transcript by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
Transcripts cannot be issued without the student’s written permission (FERPA.1974). All financial obligations to Ave Maria University (AMU) must be resolved before a transcript will be released. If you have questions about your account, please contact the Bursar’s Office (AMUbursar@avemaria.edu or (239) 280-1673). Ave Maria University policy does not permit this office to send transcripts (either official or unofficial) by fax or to disclose grades over the telephone. If you need a copy of your unofficial transcript, you may access it through your self-service account. Please contact IT if you need assistance with your account.
For a full listing of courses currently on offer, select the appropriate “Period” from the drop-down menu and “Session” 01, then “Search.” Summer term has two sessions, 01 and 02. To sort both, leave the session blank.
For any questions regarding the current course schedule, please contact the Registrar at (239) 280-2565 or email@example.com
During open registration periods, students can search for and register for their classes using Ave Maria University’s SelfService Portal. While the Section Search function is accessible to the general public at all times, only students who have been approved by their academic advisors for registration will be able to select courses and register for classes.
Please keep in mind that the Office of Academic Records does not have access to reset SelfService usernames or passwords; please contact Alex Chaparro Systems and Engineering office (extension 2585; (239) 280-2585) for assistance.
On this page, you will find several forms used by the Office of Academic Records in our efforts to assist you as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at (239) 280-2565 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org .
