The suite-style rooms have either four bedrooms with two residents each, or two bedrooms with four residents each. The entire hall is air-conditioned, with individual room temperatures controlled remotely.

The entire building is wireless, allowing students to access the internet anywhere in the hall. An on-site laundry room is available to residents free of charge.
