Other Expenses (2017-18)
The Cost of Attendance is a budgetary tool used to calculate a student’s financial need. Following the US Department of Education Guidelines, each year AMU calculates a budget to approximate the average expenses to attend college. The budget includes allowances for tuition* (full-time: $19,135), fees ($835), housing ($6,240), meals ($4,715), transportation ($1,775), books and supplies ($1,200) and miscellaneous personal expenses ($1,000) students can expect to incur during the academic year.

* Undergraduate Tuition (Flat Rate: 12-18 credit hours per semester) $350 additional charge per credit hour for 19 or more credit hours per semester.
