I hereby give, devise and bequeath __% of my estate determined at the time of my death or $_______ to be paid from my estate to Ave Maria University, a Florida non-profit located at 5050 Ave Maria Boulevard, Ave Maria, FL 34142 with EIN 03-0482006.

You may also wish to establish a Charitable Remainder Trust to benefit AMU. These can be powerful tax-advantaged tools to fund with appreciated assets, creating an income stream for life, with the full remaining value of the assets going to AMU upon the passing of the beneficiaries.
