Distinguished Visiting Scholar, Roger Scruton, to offer lectures on campus

Roger Scruton will offer a three-part lecture series beginning Oct. 6. He is currently a visiting professor at Oxford University, where he is also a Fellow at Blackfriars Hall; visiting professor (part-time) in the School of Philosophical, Anthropological and Film Studies at the University of St Andrews, Scotland; and senior fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center in Washington, D.C. His principal activity remains what it has been for the last 30 years, which is writing, and his books and articles cover a broad range of topics in several genres.
