This fun event features a group of guys who put together their own mystery picnic basket date for the women to win in a raffle. Oct 11 2023 Volleyball The Gyrene Volleyball team played a thrilling game at home, winning in five sets over Warner University. Each of the first four sets ended in a nail-biting two-point score. In the fifth and final set, our Gyrenes took the lead for the whole match ending in a 15-10 score. Oct 08 2023 AJ De La Rosa Testimony AJ De La Rosa is a junior at Ave Maria University. With his father, AJ gave his testimony about an experience of suffering through a major injury. The story and experience AJ and his father shared is a great inspiration for all, and the Ave Maria community was blessed to have the opportunity to hear this testimony. Oct 07 2023 Jax Fall Fair On Saturday, October 7, AMU hosted its first-ever Jax Fall Fair. To conclude the Marian Culture day of prayer, the Jax Fall Fair provided a fun atmosphere for the entire Ave Maria community. Oct 07 2023 Cross Country Our Cross Country teams had a very successful weekend! The Gyrene men claimed the team championship and the women emerged with second place. Three runners from our men’s team placed in the top 10, led by Christopher Hermann (’25). For the women, the second-place battle came down to the finish, with AMU sneaking past Lynn University by four points and Barry University by five. It was a great competition on our home turf!
