Annunciation Circle Membership Update your Annunciation Circle MembershipStep 1: Go to Your Donor Portal We value the privacy and security of our donors. To ensure protection against unwanted access to your account, FundraiseUp requires you to enter the email address used on your account and then send you a secure link to access your donor portal. This is the email where you receive your payment receipts, membership updates, and stewardship emails such as feast day reminders and newsletters. Login to Your Donor Portal Step 2: Update Your Account You can now view all account information here: recurring plans, donation history, transaction receipts, and personal contact information. To change your email address, click the dropdown in the top-right corner and click “Profile”. This will take you to a page that lists your name and email address. Just click the pencil to change your information. Note: If you update your email address, it will ask for a verification code to confirm. This code will go to your old email address, NOT the proposed new one. To update your recurring donation, scroll down to the recurring donations section—just below the welcome text—and click the gear symbol. This takes you to your recurring donation page, where you can view membership status, donation amount, next payment, card or bank information, and donation history. You can your donation by clicking the “Edit Payment Details” icon just above your membership status. Increase your payment, update your credit card, make an installment early. If you edit your donation amount, we’ll send you an email confirmation. Still have questions? We're here for you.
