Students pursuing this major are eligible to pursue internship opportunities with profit or nonprofit organizations to assist organizations to better brand themselves and to build relationships with those they serve. Marketing is tailored for those seeking careers as entrepreneurs seeking to start up their own projects or organizations, for careers in fundraising and outreach within nonprofits, as well as for those seeking a vocation within more traditional business organizations.
