The Student Financial Services Office is responsible for managing and enforcing the University’s financial policies.  In addition to collecting and posting payments on student's accounts, The Student Finance Office oversees the Ave Maria University Tuition Payment Plan, the Early Payment Incentive Program, Financial Aid refunds, Institutional Loan accounts, the collection of past due tuition, and issues the IRS 1098T form.  The Student Financial Services Office also processes refunds from over-payments, class withdrawals, university withdrawals and status changes, and is available for answering questions about your student account.  Office hours, locations, and contact information can be found HERE.

The Student Accounts Manager (Bursar) directs the office, working with students to set up Tuition Payment Plans, resolve billing disputes, award early payment incentives, and assist students with all student account issues, including the initiation of student refunds.

The Cashier is part of The Student Financial Services Office and is available to receive your payments for tuition and fees, help you with your One Card, and assist with general information regarding your account.

We are here to help both students and parents understand your student account and ensure that your financial responsibilities are met.  Please stop by our offices with your questions, or call 239-280-2593.  You may also email the Student Account Manager at pat.knight@avemaria.edu.

Installment Payment Plan

Ave Maria is pleased to offer an interest-free installment payment plan to help students and parents make their education affordable. Ave Maria realizes that educational expenses are easier to budget when they can be spread over monthly payments and has heard the pleas to make this plan more affordable and convenient.  To that end, we have decided to do away with charging a percentage of the amount you are covering with the payment plan. Instead, there is only a simple and affordable setup fee of $50, to help offset the administrative costs of the program.  Click Here for more information.

Any parent, guardian or student is eligible for this plan. The Tuition Payment Plan allows you to meet all or part of Ave Maria’s academic expenses on a monthly schedule instead of one lump sum each term.
