Many deserving students cannot attend Ave Maria University due to financial restrictions. By contributing to or creating a scholarship for local, national or international students you can provide them with an outstanding education founded in the Catholic faith. We know that you believe in the importance of Catholic education. Funds donated to student financial aid are awarded to students based on academic preparedness and ability as demonstrated by the applicant's previous grade point averages and their success on SAT or ACT assessment tests.

This scholarship is designed to attract reserve and active component Marines who have honorably served our country. It is also open to any veterans from any service who served in combat in operations Enduring Freedom or Iraqi Freedom. This Scholarship offers complete funding by blending the benefits of the Montgomery G.I. Bill, federal financial aid entitlements and funding from AMU's Marine Corps Scholarship.

Fr. richard john neuhaus pro-life scholarship

The Fr. Richard John Neuhaus Pro-Life Scholarship is a newly created fund to honor the life of Fr. Neuhaus and attract students preparing for work in the Pro-Life movement. AMU is currently seeking donors for these awards. Our country needs well-formed graduates to populate diocesan and non-profit positions, crisis pregnancy centers, political advocacy groups, and other pro-life organizations at the local, state and national level.

This family of scholarships is designed to attract national and international students who have high records of achievement and who can provide leadership for the family, the Church and their nations, to Ave Maria University. AMU is seeking donors who will commit to $25,000 a year for four-years so these scholarships can be offered to outstanding students who have exhibited academic excellence as well as notable service to their communities. |

endowed named scholarships

An endowed scholarship is a permanent tribute to the person whose name it bears. The initial corpus must be at least $100,000. Once an endowment is established the corpus can always be augmented. Donors of endowed scholarships receive annual reports on the recipients of the award and on the financial status of the fund. |

tomorrow's leaders scholarships

The Tomorrow's Leaders Scholarships are prestigious scholarships created by the generous donations and endowments of Ave Maria University benefactors. These merit based scholarships will benefit outstanding student leaders and can range from $2,000 to $8,000 per year.

A Bishop's Scholarship is a single gift of $5,000 or more supporting students who attended high school in a local diocese. The scholarship is designed to encourage young students around the country to pursue academic excellence and deepen their knowledge of their Catholic faith. AMU is seeking benefactors in order to be able to offer Bishop's Scholarships for Dioceses all over the country.

Rosary Scholarships

The Rosary scholarships are four year scholarship committments of $10,000 per year. These scholarships are awarded to academically gifted students who have demonstrated financial need. |
