Graduating senior receives full-tuition scholarship to law school

Ave Maria University senior John Wehrly, of Ft. Wayne, Ind., has been accepted to the law school at the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, Minn. John has received a full-tuition scholarship for the three-year program. An economics major, John has taken several leadership roles at AMU; he is currently the vice president of the Chastity Team and vice president and retreat planner for the Mountaineering Club. During the summer following graduation, John hopes to do campus ministry with St. Paul's Outreach, a lay ministry for college students.
