AMU Visitors Center Welcomes One & All
September 5, 2007
When people arrive at the new campus of Ave Maria University, their first stop is usually the AMU Visitors Center at the southeast corner of Ave Maria Boulevard and Annunciation Circle. Maryann Lagonigro, Visitors Center Coordinator, greets visitors with a welcoming smile and a wealth of information. She says she was meant to be here. "I feel I've been called to serve the Blessed Mother and what better place to do it than her beautiful new namesake university."
In the same building as the Visitors Center, you will also find the Admissions Department, the National Founders Club Office and a work area for our volunteers. Speaking of volunteers, we always need help on the weekends staffing the Visitors Center and if you find you enjoy talking with people and want to learn more about Ave Maria University, consider becoming a volunteer. Even a few hours after Mass on Sunday gives our staff a much needed break. You will be amazed at how quickly you go from being a visitor to becoming a member of the AMU family.
