The Marco Island Founders Club leadership is currently in formation. The Formation Committee members are: Chairman, Patricia D'Ambrosio, Fr. Tim Navin, Councilman Mike and Lynne Minozzi, Bill and Roseanne Christ, Ann Henegan, George and Joan Schroll, and Rosemarie and Charles McMenamin. He left the business world to become Vice President for University Relations at Franciscan University of Steubenville. He became the first President of Ave Maria College and is now the President of Ave Maria University. | Friday, April 11, 2008 | The Joy of Religious Life | Sr. Mary David is a member of the Dominican Sisters of Mary, Mother of the Eucharist, a new, fast-growing religious community of women. Founded in 1997 and now numbering nearly 80 members, the Sisters are consecrated to Jesus Christ and to His Church. Daily Eucharistic Adoration and Total Consecration to Jesus through Mary are hallmarks of their lives. Their contemplation and prayer spills over into apostolic works, particularly those involving Christian education. A number of Sisters currently teach at Ave Maria Grammar and Prep School, Ave Maria, FL. The sisters appear weekly on EWTN television in their Truth in the Heart series.
