Our leaders are our trusted servants who serve both the Founders and Ave Maria University with the support of the local Founders and the National Founders Office. Any Fort Lauderdale Founder wishing to join our team may call the contact person at the end of this page. Our chaplain is Fr. Dominick O'Dwyer.

We gather together regularly (usually each month) as Founders and friends to learn and be inspired by great speakers from Ave Maria University on a featured topic. All are welcome to attend our events where you will also hear the most recent updates on Ave Maria University and Ave Maria, Fla., enjoy good food, and visit with friends.

Retaining Souls for Christ

How many of us have experienced family and close friends who have left the Faith? Why does this happen? What can we do? Rich May, our speaker, holds a BA and MA in theology, speaks nationally, hosts a weekly live radio program on Radio Maria, and has appeared on EWTN TV and radio. He is a former air force pilot and aerospace engineer by profession.
