Chess Club
The Knights of the Cross Chess Club seeks to foster a lasting love of the game of chess to the student body of Ave Maria University, and to provide an environment for social interaction and mental stimulation. By doing so, this organization contributes, in part, to the overall mission of Ave Maria University: to establish an intellectually enriching and fulfilling journey, while growing in the Catholic tradition.
We typically meet every other Sunday at 4:30 PM, but this might be subject to change.
Requirements for joining are a simple desire to play chess and to socialize with fellow Ave students.
