Fines are 20 cents per day for all items (books, CDs, DVDs, etc.) Fines for overdue student material halved if paid at time of return.
Any student who owes more than $1.00 in fines may not borrow items or use reserve books until fine is paid.
Fines for overdue Founder/community materials: $0.20 per day per item. Community Borrowers are those who have a valid Collier County library card. Founders are those who have contributed more than $120 to Ave Maria University. Both Founders and Community Borrowers may register for a library account at the main desk of the Ave Maria University Library.
Community members may not check out any new items until their late fees are fully resolved.
Lost items cost: replacement list price plus $5.00 processing fee
