Observance of Constitution Day

The Department of Economics at Ave Maria University presents the following lecture in observance of Constitution Day, Tuesday, September 17, 2013. 
  
Tarren Bragdon, "The Constitution and Individual Liberty,”  5pm, Demetree Lecture Hall, Henkels Academic Building.  Free copies of the Constitution will be distributed to a selected number of attendees.
 
Tarren Bragdon is president and chief executive officer of the Foundation for Government Accountability.  Tarren is a nationally recognized expert on health and welfare issues.  He has testified before committees of the U.S. House and Senate and before seven state legislative committees.  In 1996, he became the youngest person ever elected to the Maine House of Representatives.
 
Ave Maria University is pleased to honor and observe Constitution Day, September 17, 2013, the 226th anniversary of the signing of the Constitution by the Constitutional Convention.
