Biography

Professor Sallai received his Masters of Pharmacy degree from Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia and his PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of North Dakota. His current research includes the photochemistry of organometallic compounds and the photochemistry of iron-carboxylate compounds, which are important intermediates in waste water treatment. His research in pharmaceutical chemistry involves the synthesis and study of compounds with activity on nitric oxide synthase.
