Biography

Mr. Pikul has retired from the MITRE Corporation where he served as a Department Manager specializing in Systems Analysis and Engineering with applications in Energy, Resources and Environment, and Air traffic programs.  He has taught Mathematics and Operations Research part-time at several colleges and universities including Trinity College in Hartford; University of Hartford; American University; and the U.S. Department of Agriculture Graduate School.  Mr. Pikul holds degrees of A.B. in Mathematics from the Catholic University of America, a M.Sc. in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Minnesota, and a Master of Engineering Science from the Rensellaer Polytechnic University.
