The Resident Director (RD), a live-in full-time staff member, plays a critical role in the lives of the students in the residence halls. The (RD) is a member of the Residence Life Staff and is responsible for their individual halls. The RD focuses their energy on getting to know every individual in their hall. The RD is also assisted by a staff of Resident Assistants (RA), students who are hired for their leadership skills and their heart of service. The Residence Life Staff is there to support the students in all their academic, spiritual, and social activities.
