PRIMARY PURPOSE
|
|
Primary function is to assist in aspects of football operations including the overseeing of the strength and conditioning program, practice planning for defensive practice, individual film break down for defensive backs and game planning for team defense.

EDUCATION: 4-Year College Degree
|
|
EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years combined football coaching experience on the College and High School Level. College Experience preferred.
|
|
CERTIFICATION: Licensed Strength and Conditioning Preferred
|
|
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
|
|
PHYSICAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Depending on the assignment, may require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; or the ability to stand, walk and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10 - 50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read technical information.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed indoors and outdoors with some potential for exposure to safety and health hazards related to electronics work. May periodically travel to away games and recruiting .
