The Cost of Attendance is a budgetary tool used to calculate a student's financial need. Following the US Department of Education Guidelines, each year AMU calculates a budget to approximate the average expenses to attend college. The budget includes allowances for tuition (full time: $20,800), fees ($695), housing ($5,036), meals ($3,806), transportation ($1,776), books and supplies ($1,000), insurance ($800), and miscellaneous personal expenses ($1,000) students can expect to incur during the academic year.
